The Saratoga Stars Youth Travel Baseball program is excited to announce tryouts for the 2022 Spring travel baseball season for 11U and 12U teams on Monday, October 25th and 9U and 10U teams on Tuesday, October 26th Wednesday, October 27th.

Saratoga Stars Youth Travel Baseball is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization established & dedicated to offer Saratoga Springs Little League baseball players, ages 8-12, an opportunity to develop and improve their baseball abilities, teamwork & sportsmanship. The travel baseball program independently supplements the Saratoga Springs Little League recreation program to offer additional practice and gameplay against competitive travel teams in the area. The team name celebrates the rich baseball heritage of this area & dates back to one of the original professional baseball teams in Saratoga Springs, NY in the 1800's.

All players must try-out and be selected to join a team. In addition, Saratoga Stars players must participate in Saratoga Springs Little League for the Spring season.

Age eligibility for the Spring 2022 season is:

• 9U is all players born after August 31, 2012
• 10U is all players born after August 31, 2011
• 11U is all players born after August 31, 2010
• 12U is all players born after August 31, 2009

Try-outs for the teams will be held at the west side fields at the following dates/times (arrive early to warm up as tryouts will begin promptly at the scheduled time):

• 9U - 5:30PM, Tuesday, October 26th Wednesday, October 27th
• 10U - 7:00PM, Tuesday, October 26th Wednesday, October 27th
• 11U - 5:30PM, Monday, October 25th
• 12U - 7:00PM, Monday, October 25th
