The Saratoga Stars Youth Travel Baseball program is excited to announce tryouts for the 2024 Spring travel baseball season for 9U and 12U on Monday, October 23rd and 10U and 11U on Tuesday, October 24th.

Saratoga Stars Youth Travel Baseball is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization established & dedicated to offer Saratoga Springs Little League baseball players, ages 8-12, an opportunity to develop and improve their baseball abilities, teamwork & sportsmanship. The travel baseball program independently supplements the Saratoga Springs Little League recreation program to offer additional practice and gameplay against competitive travel teams in the area. The team name celebrates the rich baseball heritage of this area & dates back to one of the original professional baseball teams in Saratoga Springs, NY in the 1800's.

All players must try-out and be selected to join a team. In addition, Saratoga Stars players must participate in Saratoga Springs Little League for the Spring season.

Age eligibility for the Spring 2024 season is:

• 9U is all players born after August 31, 2014
• 10U is all players born after August 31, 2013
• 11U is all players born after August 31, 2012
• 12U is all players born after August 31, 2011

Try-outs for the teams will be held at the west side fields at the following dates/times (arrive early to warm up as tryouts will begin promptly at the scheduled time):

• 9U - 5:00PM, Monday, October 23rd
• 10U - 6:30PM, Tuesday, October 24th
• 11U - 5:00PM, Tuesday, October 24th
• 12U - 6:30PM, Monday, October 23rd
